FMLA's Are Changing the Face of Feminism
The Feminist Majority Leadership Alliance at SPELMAN COLLEGE in Atlanta recently hosted a Faces of Feminism panel. Over 300 people turned out to the event, which was co-sponsored by the FMLA and the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity. The panel included six diverse faces of feminism, including one of FMF’s own Campus Organizers. The event generated tremendous interest in the FMLA, and the group successfully used it as an opportunity to recruit new members.
