The Urgent Report released in the current issue of Ms. Magazine analyzes what's at stake for women if one more conservative Justice is named to the Supreme Court.

On July 11th, Ms. hosted a Community Forum at the National Press Club to discuss how changes in the court could endanger not just abortion rights but four decades of women's access to contraceptives and other critical women's rights.

Jocelyn Frye , Director of Legal and Public Policy, National Partnership for Women & Families, focusing on a new report that poses key questions women need answered by the next nominee to U.S. Supreme Court

 

Frank Susman, reproductive rights attorney; argued Webster v. Reproductive Health Services, the 1989 U.S. Supreme Court case that threatened legal abortion rights
